“I started my culinary journey when I relocated to Nashville in 2016. It was there that I discovered my passion and hidden talent for cooking. I moved back to Memphis in 2018 and decided my niche would be desserts.
At the request of my husband, I made him banana pudding. He loved it so much that he advised me to start my own business. I began selling 10 banana puddings daily at work. That quickly grew to 100 puddings a day.
I launched Elise Dessert Co. in April 2020, named after my middle name which means “God is an abundance.” Our top sellers are our famous banana pudding and cookie pudding. Both flavors can be purchased all around Memphis,TN.
